Hello, I am Tamara Tarrant and I began my wellness journey nearly 5 years ago (find out more by clicking HERE).
Through coaching others on their journey, I have met so many amazing, STRONG women that have grown to become my good friends. I feel inspired to do more for others and live with purpose.
Becoming part of a team helped me reach my goals faster. I was inspired by the leadership and wanted to give that feeling to others.
Through helping women better their lives, I have been able to RETIRE from my social work career. Now, I am HOME with my girl and living the life I dreamed of. I have been blessed and want to help others achieve their goals!
